Apex Cafe
For the full IMSA season, we will be operating a team hospitality tent for any and all IMSA participants.
In addition to the food quality, professionally trained chefs and the most accommodating staff around, the APEX Cafe includes the following:
A buffet of freshly made hot and cold options
Soft drinks, water, coffee and tea
Sandwiches, Hot Dogs, Snacks and Driver Pasta station
Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten Free Options
To-Go meals when track schedules don't allow your teams to dine in
Outside seating where space allows
Climate Controlled space when possible
Typical meal schedules are as follows:
Service Wednesday-Saturday, or Thursday-Sunday
Breakfast served 6:30 am - 9:30 pm
Lunch served 11:30 am - 2:30 pm
Dinner served 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm
